Integration: www.agencyhandy.com
Would be great if we can add an integration for this tool. Its a CRM tool
Integration for: astravue.com
Please can we get an integration for https://astravue.com/ its a Project management tool alternative to Jira, Monday etc
Allow Figma Prototype
While the Figma plugin is okay, for me it would be useful to be able to upload a public Figma prototype for the client to leave comments on as it is more visually appealing than just the static frames that the plugin pulls.
Ability to edit emails to clients
Would love to be able to edit the invite emails that get sent to clients, so they know exactly what the email is about, etc. This could also just be a workspace wide template that we can edit, doesnβt have to be individual each time.
Agency Branded AI Roast
Generic login link for client login, + app access for client
I want to put a generic BugSmash login link inside my client portal for easy access for all my long term retainer clients. I want to invite them to a project which will act as a workspace, no need for a password, they will just need to enter their email to access the correct project without accessing other projects. As of now I send them a the unique link for their project but they constantly lose it and email me to ask for the link when they want to request an update. Another nice touch would be if I could send them a link to the bugsmash mobile app, they sign in with their invite email and access their project (only theirs) anytime, right from their mobile phone.
Multiple PDF files per project
I'd like to be able to add multiple PDF files for a single project. Just like images. We usually have one e.g. branding project with multiple deliverables. Being able to put multiple files in one PDF project would be a life saver. The alternative is a lot of links.
Colored Folders
would be great if we can assign colors to folder for more organization using color coding. Just like we can do in Google Drive.
Restrict Projects to individual users
It would be great to be able to restrict a member to a specific folder or project.
New Comments In A Task Dashboard
I would like a kanban style task board that allows me to drag a project between three columns: New Comment - In Progress - Resolved New comment will automatically land in the βNew Commentβ column and update its status in real time as I drag it to βIn Progressβ or βResolvedβ This will read like a simple task dashboard and really simplify the feedback flow, especially for a VA.

Localhost Tunneling Integration via SERVEO
Description: A Serveo integration would enable developers to share localhost demos directly through BugSmash without deploying to staging servers. Use Case: As a developer / vibecoder / web designer, it would be beneficial to share my local development environment for review so that I can get feedback faster without uploading/deploying first. How it works: Create project β Select "Localhost" option BugSmash generates secure tunnel (via Serveo.net integration) Share BugSmash link with reviewers Reviewers access localhost through BugSmash's interface Time-limited access (auto-expires after review period) Benefits: Eliminates deployment bottleneck Faster iteration cycles No staging server costs Perfect for rapid prototyping Unique competitive advantage Technical: Serveo provides SSH/WireGuard tunneling without proprietary clients. BugSmash would manage tunnel lifecycle and integrate with existing access controls. Suggested Implementation: Start as opt-in beta feature for Pro users. Clear security warnings. Fallback to traditional upload method. Target Users: Solo developers, small agencies, teams doing rapid prototyping and internal QA. [APPS] Viewport configuration and real-device rendering
Problem: Current preview mode for mobile and web apps is very limited. Reviewers cannot easily verify how a mobile/web app renders across different device sizes, orientations, OS behaviors or browser engines. This limits confidence in visual/functional bug triage and can lead to inaccurate issues. Feature requests: Add controls to set preview screen size, orientation (portrait/landscape), target platform (iOS/Android/Web) and browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari) when reviewing mobile and web apps so previews match real-device rendering. Goals Let reviewers simulate target devices and browsers so reported issues reflect real-world rendering. Make these settings easy to change, persist, and share with teammates.
BYOS feature (Bring Your Own S3 storage)
A practical solution to expand storage would be to add a feature a BYOS feature (Bring Your Own S3 storage), which enables the users to easily connect their own S3 storage by entering Access/Secret keys and choosing their S3 provider profile (Custom S3-Compatible or popular services like Amazon S3, MinIO, Hetzner Cloud Storage, DigitalOcean Spaces, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, Wasabi, etc). No hassles, a simple straightforward configuration. This would allow users to increase storage according to their needs. For Bugsmash, this will allow reducing the cost of white-labeling and also offering a new plan BYOS with lower price to attract new prospect users that need storage flexibility.
[WebApp & Website debugging] Session Rewind βͺ
Add an automatic "2-minute Rewind" feature, allowing to capture a bug after it happens without having to proactively start a recording.
TeamHub Integration
[WebApp Debugging] Technical logs and WebApp State Data
Technical Logs: Get console logs (errors, warnings), network requests, page navigation steps, and environment metadata (OS, browser, window size). State Data: Capture cookies, local storage, and session storage data, which are often the cause of complex state-related bugs.
[Image Project] Option to set default view size: Fit OR Original for clients/guests
Currently, when I add an image or import a project from Figma, the default zoom is set to Fit. This can sometimes cause issues because clients view the designs on different screen resolutions, which results in the image being scaled differently. This often leads to feedback like βthe text is too smallβ or βthe logo is too smallβ (well, the logo is always too small ;)). It would be helpful to have an option in the settings to lock the preview at 100% zoom, without allowing users to zoom in or out.

Demo Walkthrough Mode β Pitch before you review
Problem: Today, agencies and product teams pitch work via Loom, Google Slides, or static links, then separately send a BugSmash review link. Two tools, two contexts, friction for both creator and client. Description of Demo Walkthrough Mode: A built-in click-through walkthrough mode inside BugSmash projects. A guided, interactive preview shown to guests before they enter the review/approval flow. Use Case: Agency shares a new website design. Client opens the link, sees a 3β4 step guided walkthrough (hero, key sections, mobile view) with light annotations, then lands directly in the standard comment + approve flow. Why it fits BugSmash: You'd own the full pitch β review β approve loop (no competitor does this today) Reuses your existing workspace, comments, no-login guest flow, and version system How it works: Inside any project, toggle "Walkthrough Mode." Add steps by selecting elements/regions + a short note. Guest lands on walkthrough first, then the review screen. Versioned with the project (no new infrastructure needed).
Allow private comments from guests (which are not visible to other guests) to be added without logging in
Mobile Push Notifications
Hi, I want customizable mobile app push notifications whenever a client adds a comment on a project. Useful to use Bugsmash as an ongoing feedback portal for website retainer clients.
Safari Browser Extension
Guest notifications
Most of my clients do not create accounts and leave comments as guests. When I add a reply, I have to send them an email telling them that I replied to their comment and provide the comment number. It is quite inconvenient. It would be useful to have an option to send automatic notifications to the client. Maybe in the project settings, I could add the clientβs email address(es) where the notification would be sent.
automatic scroll to next comment
Thanks for adding the feature that moves to the next comment when a comment is approved. It would be great to have an on/off toggle for this inside the file/project settings. Here's why: different people often comment on the same file. For example, Person X might leave 20 comments across 10 pages, then Person Y adds more afterward. When I approve a comment, it jumps straight to the next page β even if there are still unapproved comments left on the current page. thank you!

Ability to name project/file while creating them
Suggestion By: Jessica
Increase Individual Video Upload Size Limit (Beyond 1GB)
The current 1 GB individual file size limit on video uploads is a major bottleneck for professional video production and high-quality creative review workflows. Even short 4K drafts or uncompressed ProRes exports easily exceed 1 GB, forcing editors to aggressively compress files just to get client feedback. Please consider raising this individual file cap for higher-tier users. Note: Users could compensate their storage limits with the "Bring Your Own S3 Storage" [BYOS3] request currently in review
Referencing Comments
would be useful to use comments referencing so we can mention a specific comment that relates to the one we are writing, just like we use @ to mention someone.
Comment number in email/notification
it would be great to state the comment number I was mentioned in when I get an email. sometimes there are tens of comments and check all of them to see where I was mentioned. and when mentioned in a few, this takes even more time. sth like the image. thank you.

Feature Request: Toggle Document Visibility While Adding Comments
When I open a Word document and add a comment, the document in the background becomes blurred. However, I often need to read parts of the document while dictating my feedback. This is currently difficult because the blurred content is no longer readable. Could you please add a toggle that allows users to switch between a blurred and a visible document while recording or adding a comment? This would make the feedback process significantly easier and more efficient.
Private vs Public Comment Visibility
Is there a way to make it more visible whether a comment has been set to private or public without clicking into the comment settings (three dots)? I would like to be able to tell at a glance which comments my reviewer will be able to see without opening the review link in an Incognito Browser. Additionally, would it be possible to add public/private to the filter menu within the file?

Wordpress Plugin
Suggested by: David With an ability to control who sees that widget. Clients should see the widget even if they are logged out of Wordpress, for example when they are testing the site on a mobile device. But at the same time it should not be visible to regular site visitors. (Can be such that clients can see the widget if they are logged in to BugSmash)

Make the guest experience login-free β fix buttons that trigger the login pop-up, add an option to hide all login prompts, and fix the banner overlap
Description: When a guest reviewer opens a shared link, they currently encounter login prompts in multiple places β even when "No Signup Required" is enabled. This adds friction and can scare off less tech-savvy or older clients, who get confused by anything that looks like a forced sign-up. It's about client literacy and keeping the guest experience clean. There are three parts to this request: 1. Disable the buttons that trigger the login pop-up (for guests): Currently, clicking "Assign" ("Not Assigned") or "Mark as resolved" (the checkmark) opens the "Log in to stay in the loop" pop-up. The "Set Priority" button already handles this nicely β it's disabled for guests and shows a tooltip ("Set Priority β Contact project owner to update") instead. Please apply the same behavior to Assign and Mark as resolved. 2. Add an option to fully hide login prompts from guests: Project owners should be able to toggle off, at the workspace or project level, all login pop-ups and the persistent login banner shown to guests. The goal: open link β leave feedback, with zero login prompts anywhere. Owners who want to introduce BugSmash account features to their clients can do so on their own terms. 3. Fix the login banner overlap bug (for owners who keep the banner enabled): The persistent "Log in to stay in the loop" banner currently renders behind the large logo (here replaced with a screenshot of βWorkspace Settingsβ), making it hard to read and click/dismiss. It needs proper z-index/positioning so it stays usable when banner display is enabled.
Canvas View: Add multiple files to 1 single project and view them in an infinite Canvas board
Allow suggesting text and image changes on the Website DOM itself - making it easier to visualise for everyone.
Auto-Shift Comment Location
Hello! Firstly, we love what you guys have built!! It's totally changed the way we work with clients to collect and implement feedback!! One notable issue, we've noticed that whenever we update the website in a way that causes content to shift positions, the pin stays fixed; it doesn't shift with the updated content. Obviously, the screenshot solves this problem, but it still causes confusion while reviewing comments and changes during client calls. Is there some way to associate the clicked component with a key or ID, instead of just the pixel position and css selector? Either that or a similar solution so that the pin can intelligently shift when the page is altered! Thanks, Nick Stine
Where to define the Mic for Screenvideo?

Feedback Reminder - Toggle Option
Hello, One idea I had now from other software I used (content snare) was the option to have reminders to reply. So if I make notes for a client to review, and they donβt review it after 3 days, maybe they get an email? An option to choose the dates would be nice. 3 days, 7 days, 10 days, etc.

Allow Restricting Collaborators to Folders (Folder level access)
Feedback: Right now collaborators can upload project to a workspace. They can upload to a folder they are invited in, but also on the root level. This can cause a management overhead if multiple collaborators start uploading on root/workspace level.
