Guest notifications

Feature Request

Most of my clients do not create accounts and leave comments as guests. When I add a reply, I have to send them an email telling them that I replied to their comment and provide the comment number. It is quite inconvenient.

It would be useful to have an option to send automatic notifications to the client. Maybe in the project settings, I could add the client’s email address(es) where the notification would be sent.

    Thanks for sharing this & I agree to the part that updates should be seamless.

    We recently released a button “Get Notified“ which is visible to the clients on bottom right corner of the comments bar. But right now it asks them to verify their email with login.

    We’ll brainstorm over this on making it more simpler & have something out there very soon 💯 Including in the roadmap.
