      Yes, we are planning to have this Add-On as a “Complete Whitelabel“ option which would include setting your own SMTP as well.

        Will this Add-On be available for all LTD tier users? or exclusively intended to specific Tier plans and which ones ?

          As per our initial plans - It would be available to purchase for Tier-3 users.

    IP address? That’s a sure way to get your email in a SPAM folder.

    Use a CNAME as everyone who does true white labeling or custom branding does.

    This way our branding can be feedback.mydomain.com instead of yours.
